Youth & Senior

What is a youth or senior massage?

Utilizing Swedish massage techniques, we customize massage therapy treatment to clients 17 and younger or 65 and older. We can accommodate senior clients with mobility issues so that they may enjoy the benefits of healthy touch. Youth can feel apprehensive when it is their first appointment or are placed in a new setting. Parents are encouraged and welcomed to sit in on massage treatments for children under the age of 16.

How often should I receive treatments?

4 Elements Massage Clinic suggests treatment every 2, 3, or 4 weeks to properly treat any ailments listed above and improve overall feelings of health. For children 10 years of age and under we recommend 30-minute massage sessions as it can be hard for younger clients to lay still for a long period of time. The youngest clients we see are typically between 5 and 6 years old.
