4 Elements Massage Clinic was founded by Kelly Cabrera in 2010 from a small room in a chiropractic clinic. It took on many growing stages in its first few years; going from a one-woman venture as Kelly worked on gaining clientele and business momentum to a building with dedicated massage therapists and front-end staff.
4 Elements is a full-service wellness clinic offering various massage styles, physiotherapy, reflexology, yoga, and specialized treatments. They care for their clients like family and are continually improving the amenities offered to best suit the needs of the individuals who seek their help. The establishment has professionally trained and talented staff who believe in consistently growing their education. Their approach to holistic care utilizes the best mix of therapeutic and relaxation techniques which allows them to encompass a wide variety of clients from all walks of life and varying degrees of injury.
Today, 4 Elements has transitioned into a newly renovated downtown location with over 25 staff members. The clinic’s success has been due to the staff putting their hearts and passions into every service, giving exceptional customer care, and striving to make the clinic feel like a second home for its patrons. With the help of Kelly’s husband Jesús joining the business in 2018, the clinic has become a top-rated massage location, winning Best of Lethbridge 4 years in a row and recently being named Downtown Business of the Year 2022.

Our main focus as a clinic is to provide care and promote positive change to maintain a healthier and improved lifestyle for those that we treat. We accomplish this through therapy techniques catered specifically to each client.
